These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeJam.pro (the "Service"), operated by WeJam.pro ("WeJam", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and DMCA Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use WeJam.pro. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at laboratoriosmacondo@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may not impersonate another person, register multiple accounts to evade enforcement, or transfer your account to anyone else.
3. The Service
WeJam.pro provides a browser-based environment for recording audio over backing tracks, saving recordings privately to your Vault, and optionally publishing them to the public Feed. The Service is provided as-is and may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.
4. Backing Tracks
WeJam may provide backing tracks within the Studio. These tracks are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service only. You may not download, redistribute, sell, or use backing tracks outside of WeJam.pro without our prior written permission or the permission of the underlying rights holders.
5. Your Content
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in the recordings, performances, and other content you submit to WeJam.pro ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
Licence to WeJam
By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant WeJam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, adapt for technical reasons, publicly perform, publicly display, stream, and distribute Your Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content from the Service, except where required for backup retention, legal compliance, or where Your Content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.
Your representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions necessary to submit Your Content and to grant the licence above.
- Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- Your Content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights — see our DMCA Policy.
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploits minors.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to inflate likes, listens, or other metrics.
- Violate our Community Guidelines in any other way.
7. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if continued provision of the Service to you would create legal or operational risk. Where possible we will give notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing to access it or by requesting account deletion via the contact address below.
8. Intellectual Property in the Service
The Service, including its design, source code, brand, and trademarks, is owned by WeJam.pro and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers (for example, Google Analytics) and may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR RECORDINGS WILL NOT BE LOST. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT CONTENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEJAM.PRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR RECORDINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EURO (€100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeJam.pro and its operators against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
