WeJam.pro is built for musicians and producers who want to record, share, and discover music in a friendly space. These Community Guidelines explain what kind of behaviour we expect from everyone who uses the Service. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions — violating either can lead to your content being removed or your account being suspended.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other users the way you would want to be treated. Disagreement is fine; harassment is not. Specifically, do not:
- Threaten, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Post hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any similar characteristic.
- Engage in targeted harassment or coordinated pile-ons.
- Out, dox, or otherwise reveal another person's private information without consent.
2. Only Upload Music You Have the Right to Share
Upload only recordings that you created or that you have permission to share. Do not upload:
- Songs, samples, or backing tracks you do not own and have not been licensed to distribute.
- Recordings of others' performances without their consent.
- Content that infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
If you believe content on WeJam.pro infringes your copyright, see our DMCA & Copyright page.
3. No Illegal or Harmful Content
You may not post content that:
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors. Such content will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Incites or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Contains malware or links intended to compromise other users' devices.
- Promotes the sale of regulated goods (firearms, illicit drugs, prescription medicines, etc.).
- Otherwise violates applicable law.
4. No Spam or Manipulation
- Don't post repetitive, low-effort, or off-topic content to flood the Feed.
- Don't use bots, scripts, or coordinated accounts to inflate likes, listens, or other metrics.
- Don't post unsolicited advertising or affiliate links unrelated to the music being shared.
- Don't impersonate other artists, public figures, or WeJam.pro staff.
5. Keep It Appropriate for a Public Feed
The Feed is publicly accessible to all visitors, including minors. Sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or shock content does not belong there. If you want to keep a recording strictly to yourself, save it to your private Vault rather than publishing it.
6. Reporting Violations
If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it by emailing laboratoriosmacondo@gmail.com. Include:
- A link to the content (full URL).
- A brief description of the violation.
- Any additional context that will help us evaluate the report.
7. Enforcement
We take a graduated approach to enforcement, but we reserve the right to take any action immediately when warranted by the severity of the violation:
- Warning — a notice that your content or behaviour appears to violate these Guidelines.
- Content removal — the specific Jam, comment, or asset is taken down.
- Temporary suspension — your account is paused for a set period.
- Permanent ban — your account is terminated, and we may block future accounts from the same person.
Egregious behaviour (illegal content, threats, severe harassment, deliberate copyright violation at scale) can result in immediate permanent action without prior warning.
8. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken against you in error, you may appeal by replying to the notice you receive or by emailing laboratoriosmacondo@gmail.com with a clear explanation. We will review and respond within a reasonable period.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
10. Contact
